Job Title: IT System Admin Manager
Job Description: Fibernet, a 14 year veteran provider of Internet Services, is searching for responsible, hard working technology enthusiasts to help us provide quality service and support for our clients and customers. You will be managing a department responsible for the monitoring and support of customer's networking equipment and internet platform. You will work with our in-house development team to continue to expand the service offerings and work with customers daily to ensure their service is flawless.
Skills:
2-4 years experience in the management of Web & IT services
Experience with web development (mysql, php, etc.)
Experience with networking gear including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Servers, Load Balancing
Experience with server management (Linux, FreeBSD, Windows, etc.)
Good people skills
Sales experience
Attention to detail

- Work Full-time, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5:30PM
- Provide support for our personal internet service users (Dial-up and DSL)
- E-mail and Website hosting account setup and support
- Learn Local Area Network design, installation, and support including
Wireless, Colocation, Network Security and Management
- Learn Wide Area Network design, installation, and support including
VPN, T1, SDSL, DS3 and OC3
Position Details:
Full-time, weekdays, 8AM - 5:30PM firm
$8-15/hr depending on applicable experience

We will train in UNIX server administration and network design and installation. Professional working environment requiring appropriate manner and attire.
