Web Site Counters

Fibernet has made a simple web site counter available to our customers. Below are instructions for adding a counter to your web page.

Here is a sample HTML tag you can use to add a counter to your website:

There are four parameters set in the above example:

pad
This takes either a one or a zero. A one turns on padding (see below), a zero turns it off.
df
This is the data file where the count is stored. Data files must be created by Fibernet's Webmaster.
ft
This tag defines the thickness (in pixels) of the border around the count.
dd
This is the digit style. A list of available styles is below.

The easiest way to create the tag for your page is to look through the samples below. They show the various options and digit styles available. Find one you like, copy the tag above it and paste it into your HTML document. Make sure you call or email support to have a .dat file created for you. If you leave sample.dat in your HTML document your counter will not work properly.
